Alvio One-Year Limited Parts Warranty For Complete Systems unless selected otherwise
1-year warranty on complete system components from original invoice date (system components is defined as all major component inside the case, excluding special order items). A complete system is defined as an operational CPU unit assembled by Alvio which includes an operating system. Alvio will replace or repair any system component for a period of 1 year from the invoice date. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, Alvio reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an upgrade option. Custom configured systems carry a 1-year limited warranty.

Alvio Lifetime Limited Labor Warranty For Complete Systems
Alvio® will repair any complete system purchased from Alvio However, if the need for repair was due to customer negligence (at Alvio's discretion) or is in any way the fault of the customer (at Alvio's discretion), Alvio reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of labor at Alvio's current hourly labor rate.

Alvio Lifetime Technical Support Warranty For Complete Systems
Any customer who purchases a complete system from Alvio is entitled to free technical support for as long as they own the system. However, technical support will not be offered on those items in the system not purchased by Alvio. To obtain technical support services or to invoke warranted privileges, customers should contact Alvio's Technical Support Department at 800.552.4204 or at support@alvio.com.

Alvio 30-day Money-Back Guarantee On Complete Systems
Every Alvio complete system includes a 30-day money-back guarantee (may be subject to a 15% restocking fee). Shipping and handling or open software are non-refundable.

Alvio Parts Warranty
Every retail part or hard drive that Alvio carries has a full manufacturer's warranty. If your retail part is defective within 30 days from the date of the original invoice, you will receive a replacement part from Alvio If your retail part should fail after 30 days of the original invoice date, your manufacturer's warranty is in effect and the product can be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts, except for processors, have a full one-year Alvio warranty. If your OEM part is defective within one year from the date of the original invoice, you will receive a replacement part from Alvio If a replacement OEM part is no longer available or is discontinued, Alvio reserves the right to substitute the OEM product for an equivalent part or offer an upgrade option. OEM processors carry a 30-dayAlvio warranty only .Alvio is in no way responsible for the incompatibility, assembly of and / or integration of kits, barebone systems and / or parts purchased from Alvio with other components not purchased from Alvio. If parts returned as defective to Alvio for replacement or refund are tested by Alvio technicians and found to be in correct working order, customers are subject to a $35.00 diagnostic fee, in addition to any shipping and handling charges incurred by Alvio, at Alvio's discretion. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to such parts claimed to be defective and returned for refund.

Alvio Refund and Cancellation Policy
A cancellation processing fee of $100.00 will be applied by Alvio to any system cancelled before shipping. A 10% cancellation processing fee may be applied by Alvio to parts orders cancelled before shipping, at Alvio's discretion. Unopened products may be returned/refunded for full credit, at Alvio's discretion, (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by Alvio within 30 days of the original invoice date. The return/refund of any product may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, at Alvio's discretion, (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by Alvio within 30 days of the original invoice date. There will be no returns/refunds on opened software or printers. After 30 days of the original invoice date, no returns/refunds on unopened and/or opened product will be accepted. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. Additional time may occur with individual banks.

Alvio Return Policy
To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in "as shipped" condition and require an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. To obtain your RMA# call Alvio Technical Support at 800.552.4204 and ask for an RMA#.Due to the nature of clearance parts (as identified by Alvio), returns for credit or replacement will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by Alvio within 14 days of the original invoice date. Refunds and replacements will not be authorized after 14 days. Due to limited stock, replacements for clearance products may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. Alvio is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a popular shipping method such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid. The RMA# number that was issued to you should be clearly written on the top of the box .All shipments should be sent to:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Alvio purchase, just return it to Alvio within 30 days of the date of original invoice for a refund (the original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee (shipping charges are non-refundable)).
